Crafting a digital experience to reflect ScaleNorth’s expertise

As a trusted Oracle NetSuite partner, ScaleNorth empowers growing businesses with expert financial and operational consulting. However, their outdated digital presence didn’t reflect the full breadth of their services or expertise, limiting their ability to connect with potential clients.

When I joined the project, the goal was clear: create a cohesive, user-centered digital experience that effectively communicated ScaleNorth’s value while improving usability, messaging, and SEO performance.

Strategic leadership and collaboration to deliver a complete transformation

My role in this project revolved around strategy, project management, and messaging alignment. Working closely with the marketing lead, I conducted user research, refined the site’s content structure, and ensured that every piece of the puzzle aligned with ScaleNorth’s business goals and audience needs.

Key contributions included:

1. User Research & Content Strategy

• Interviewed key stakeholders across ScaleNorth’s customer base, private equity partners, and software vendors.

• Identified pain points and opportunities to align the website with user needs.

• Streamlined content hierarchy to ensure clarity and ease of navigation.

2. SEO Optimization

• Worked with our SEO team to develop an SEO strategy targeting high-value keywords to increase visibility in search rankings.

• Optimized page metadata, headings, and structure to improve organic traffic for new pages.

3. Collaboration with Creative & Development Teams

• Partnered with Diseno's Creative Director, who deserves full credit for the site’s modern, professional design. His work transformed the site into a visually stunning, user-friendly platform.

• Worked closely with the development team to implement features aligned with user feedback and SEO goals.

• Collaborated with the SEO team to ensure seamless integration of their strategies, aligning development efforts with their initial groundwork to maximize search visibility and user engagement.

4. Messaging Alignment

• Clarified and refined ScaleNorth’s messaging to better communicate their expertise and success stories.

The revamped ScaleNorth website now serves as a key business asset, effectively communicating their expertise and connecting with clients. While SEO results are still emerging, the project has already delivered significant improvements in engagement and usability.

Key outcomes include:

• Enhanced User Experience: A clean, modern design and improved navigation make it easy for users to find the information they need.

• Improved Messaging Clarity: Clear and consistent messaging now highlights ScaleNorth’s leadership in Oracle NetSuite consulting.

Reflection

This project was a testament to the power of collaboration. By combining our Creative Director's exceptional design work, the development team’s technical expertise, and my focus on strategy, messaging, and project management, we were able to create a digital presence that truly represents ScaleNorth’s leadership in financial consulting.

This project reinforced my belief in the importance of aligning user needs, business goals, and design excellence to deliver results. I’m proud of the strategic impact I brought to the table and grateful for the team effort that made this transformation a success.
